Registration fees includes:
Conference bag and budge, proceedings CD, coffee breaks and lunches, welcome reception, excursion and secretarial support.
Minimum number of persons for the Fair-well dinner is 80.
Cancellation of registration and refunds
|By 15 May 2018||Full refund minus 50 € as a handling fee|
|By 15 June 2018||60% of the registration fee will be refunded|
|After 15 June 2018||No refund|
The conference secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the conference.
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, post or e-mail any changes to the conference secretariat.
The conference secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10€ for any name change in the registration.
